We had heard of fishbox for awhile, but finally decided to sign up after a particularly brutal wait to pick up a package at the post office in South Philly. Knowing we were about to get a lot of Christmas packages, I just couldn't handle the idea of waiting in that line multiple Saturdays in a row.

Fishbox has been so accommodating and responsive. They even texted me to see if an envelope they received was something I was expecting junk mail so I wouldn't have to pay a delivery fee by accident.

I would recommend them to anyone that worries about stolen packages or hates waiting at the post office as much as me.

I love this place! The owner is super friendly and I know my packages are always safe. The retrieval system is easy and seamless. Would highly recommend Fishbox to anyone who doesn't want their packages stolen from their stoop or out in the rain. Even my dog loves it because the owner has a treat for her every time we go!

Napoleon and his team at Fishbox have solved the main problem of life without a doorman. Now we have no more missed packages, no unnecessary waiting around for a delivery, and no wondering what ever happened to that thing we ordered online. We've used fishbox for about a year now and have been impressed with how reliable the service is. If only everything in Philly worked as well as Fishbox does!
