How do I update my credit card information?

To update your credit card information:

  • Please make sure you've registered your account
  • From your dashboard navigate to Payment Information
  • Update your credit card information and click "Save Changes"

What's the difference between a package vs. mail?

A package is everything with a tracking number. Mail is everything else.

What information do I need to show to open a mailbox?

You must have two valid forms of identification from the list below. One piece must have your photo and one must have your current address.

  • A valid driver's license or state non-driver's identification card
  • An armed forces, government, university, or recognized corporate identification card
  • A passport, alien registration card or certificate of naturalization
  • A current lease, mortgage or Deed of Trust
  • A voter or vehicle registration card
  • A home or vehicle insurance policy

Are there any oversized charges?

Additional charges will be applied for packages weighing more than 50 lbs.

50-69 lbs. = $5 charge
70+ lbs. = $10 charge
60” - 79” = $5 charge
80”+ = $10 charge

How does Fishbox work?

After you sign up, Fishbox will send you an email with instructions on using the service along with your unique Fishbox address.

Order Online: When you place an order online, use this unique address as the shipping destination for your package. Once we receive your package, we’ll send you an email letting you know that we received it along with an image of the package.

In-store Pick-up: Visit our store during normal business hours and pick up one or all of your packages. You can even text us ahead of time at 215-999-4647 and we'll have your packages ready when you arrive.

Delivery: If you live in 19103, 19106, 19146 or 19147 and you’re on our Ease Plan, you can also request a delivery to your home between 7pm-10pm every Wednesday.

What are your store hours?

Pickup Hours: Monday - Friday: 9am - 6:30pm Saturday: 9am - 2pm

Delivery Hours: Thursday: 7pm-10pm

Fishbox is closed on Sundays and observes most national holidays.

I'm on vacation right now. How long will you hold my packages?

Fishbox will hold packages up to 30 days.

Note: After 7 days, any pckage that's longer than 2 feet on any side will incur a $5/week charge.

Can you accept packages that require signatures?

Yes.

Fishbox can also accept alcohol deliveries.

Note: We will ask for identification if your package requires you to be over 21 years of age.

Are your payments secure?

Indeed they are!

Fishbox uses Stripe.com to accept payments. Stripe encrypts all customers' credit card numbers and stores decryption information separately. Fishbox also uses HTTPS, a secure communications protocol, on each of our pages to ensure that none of your sensitive data is exposed.

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription:

  • Please make sure you've registered your account at https://getfishbox.com by clicking "Log In/Sign Up" button.
  • From your dashboard navigate to Manage Plan
  • Click "Cancel"

How do I upgrade/downgrade my subscription?

To upgrade/downgrade your subscription:

  • Please make sure you've registered your account at https://getfishbox.com by clicking "Log In/Sign Up" button.
  • From your dashboard navigate to Manage Plan
  • Select the appropriate plan and select either upgrade or downgrade
